Cutting/cooling fluids, in emulsion form, of grinding machines and other types of CNC machines are contaminated by the particles from metal surfaces worn during machining in a very short period of time. Then, the cooling fluid loses its effectiveness, the quality of the ground metal surface decreases, expensive cutting tools worn quickly, the cooling fluid requires changing and this leads to undesirable high costs. Cooling fluids in facilities are absolutely passed through a filtration system. For this process, HYDROSTATIC FILTERING machines uses filter paper/cloth rolls.
