OPEN GEAR GREASES

SIGNAL CEP 30 Graphite compound, for highly loaded open gears, to be applied by hand. Thanks to the high percentage of graphite, it is suitable for high temperatures, rails, sliding parts etc. (it can't be used on spraying systems)
SIGNAL CEP 380-320 Graphite special grease for open gears (to be applied by spraying systems), in cement factories, sugar plants, iron and steel industry (raw material mills), solid waste treatment plants, ceramics mills. Also suitable for lubrication of other sliding couplings, as: columns of presses (manufacturing of wheels for railways), gear wheels of rotating sole heating furnaces (manufacturing of Mannesmann tubes), very powerful chain conveyors and mandrel rack assembly (manufacturing of Mannesmann tubes), gear wheels or rotating platforms (cranes), steam blowers (power plants), metallic ropes exposed to aggressive atmosphere (harbor facilities, handling equipment), sliding blocks and rails (bridge-cranes), rails (railways).
SIGNAL MOVIBLACK 300 Graphite grease for open gears (pumpable and adhesive).
SIGNAL G/SIL 81 Grease for high temperatures, in iron and steel industry for continuos castings, cooling plans, ovens; in paper factories for bearings of drying zone; general purpose grease for bearings operating at high temperatures, low speed, heavy loads. Not compatible with other kind of greases.
SIGNAL HT 280 Grease for high temperatures, like the previous, but with a base oil of very high viscosity (ISO 1000); suitable for bearings operating at high temperatures, low speed, with very high loads or suffering from water washing out. Not compatible with other kind of greases.
SIGNAL MOLYSINT As the G SIL, but with MoS2, mainly for centralized lubrication systems.
SIGNAL CALPLEX Grease suitable for use with high temperatures, heavy loads, presence of water or corrosive environment, low or medium speeds. Excellent resistance against water, superior antiwear and antirust properties, suitable for rolling-mills, paper plants (wet and dry areas), cement factories, bushes of presses, clutch mounting etc.
SIGNAL LITHIUM HDP Grease for high temperatures, loaded machines, low or medium speeds. Excellent resistance against water, superior antiwear and antirust properties, suitable for rolling-mills, paper plants (wet and dry areas), cement factories, bushes of presses, etc. Available also in cartridges 600 grams, under the name Lubriplex 2.
SIGNAL LITHIUM HDP L 25 The same of the previous, but added with MoS2; suitable also for CV Joints operating at high temperatures.
SIGNAL CALOR 280 Grease for high temperatures added with PTFE; suitable for bearing and bushes with heavy loads, low speeds; assure good resistance against water, low friction coefficient, load resistance, chemical inertia, antiwear properties, low residue. Not compatible with other kind of greases.
SIGNAL CALOR LI As the previous, but based on a lithium complex soap. Compatible with other kind of greases, soap based.
SIGNAL SUPERSINT GREASE HT Special synthetic grease, based on special complex soap, with high mechanical resistance, excellent anti-oxidation properties, suitable for long life lubrications. To be used for high and low temperatures, medium (220) and low (460) speeds. Many uses in iron and steel industry, paper mills (universal grease), automotive parts and everywhere long life grease for high temperatures is needed.
SIGNAL SUPERSINT GREASE LT Special synthetic grease, as the previous, but formulated with very low viscosity base oil. Suitable for use at very low temperatures or very high speeds. Excellent for long life lubrications for many automotive parts, where a low/high temperature of use and a high compatibility with plastic materials is required (starters, window lifters, door locks etc.). Excellent for high speed bearings on machine tools too.
SIGNAL CEP 36 EXTRA Special graphitized compound based on a fully synthetic fluid, able to leave no residue. Suitable for lubrications at hot temperatures, on bushes or sliding parts, on bearings only with high tolerance and very slow speeds. In ceramics, iron and steel industry, etc: also suitable as mounting compound for high temperatures.
SIGNAL SuperFlour 2000 Compound multipurpose, settled temperature of 250°C, excellent resistance against acids, hydrocarbons and O2, high chemical inertia, fully compatibility with plastic and elastomeric products. Not for small rolling bearings with medium/high speeds and low tolerances.
SIGNAL ST 150 ARTIC General-purpose grease for low temperatures, untill -40°C. Used also for window lifters in automotive.
SIGNAL SINTGREASE A 15 General purpose grease for low temperatures, untill -55°C, and high speeds. Useful when also a good resistance at high temperature is required.
SIGNAL LUBRISINT Extremely adhesive grease, suitable for lubrication of big pneumatic hammers or rock drills and for yard, handling and working machinery. Not suitable for bearings. Useful on remanufactured car joints.
SIGNAL ALGREASE EXTRA Multipurpose grease for food industry, High Temperatures, humidity etc.; it conforms to FDA specifications.
SIGNAL SILTEMP Silicon grease for sliding parts, specifically when plastic or rubber components are used (chemically inert to gaskets); not for rotating devices; electrical insulating. It conforms to FDA specifications for use on plastic valves, to be used in contact with potable water, or in food industry.
SIGNAL SILTEMP 5000 As the previous, but more adhesive. It conforms to FDA specifications for use on plastic valves, to be used in contact with potable water, or in food industry.
SIGNAL PASTA TS Silicon grease added with PTFE, for sliding parts, specifically when plastic or rubber components are used (chemically inert); not for rotating devices; electrical insulating.
SIGNAL MOLYPAST V Assembly antiseize compound with MoS2.
SIGNAL CUPRUM Copper compound to be used as antiseize, antiwear and protective product on various devices. Useful for very high temperatures.
SIGNAL MG Special soft grease designed for lubrication of gears in carter, speed reducers, even if very powerful.
SIGNAL LBT 2 White marine grease, antirust, water resistant, with TiO2 and ZnO. Also used in automotive for many kinds of lubrication.
SIGNAL BIO WHITE Fully synthetic grease, resistant to water, adhesive, suitable for use on bearing, sliding parts etc. Biodegradation of the fluid higher than 95% CEC Test. To be used where there is a pollution of the lubricant into environment; water pumps, water gates, hydroelectric power plants, rails, working equipment, etc.
SIGNAL BIO GR The same of the previous but added with a high percentage of fine graphite. Useful for sliding parts, with high loads in hydrodynamic lubrication conditions.
SIGNAL RUBBER GREASE Gel useful to help fitting of plastic/rubber parts; transparent, easy to wash out. Useful for mounting of universal CV Joint Boots.
