VISCUT MA	Low viscosity oil for use in honing and lapping. May also be used for drilling, turning of non-ferrous metals. Primarily suited for machining medium tensile steels.
VISCUT MX	Similar to Viscut MA, but of enhanced EP properties for harder work.
VISCUT AL	For all kind of metalworking (turning, drilling, tapping, broaching) of non-ferrous (aluminium and magnesium) metals.
VISCUT M 32	Multi-functional grade for use as cutting oil, general purpose machine tool and slide way lubricants and as hydraulic medium. In the machining of all non-ferrous metals and ferrous metals up to 1050 MN/m².
VISCUT D	High level of active EP for use in severe metal cutting, including deep hole drilling, gear cutting, broaching, and threading in alloy and stainless steels.
VISCUT B	Designed for repetition work and gear cutting on plain carbon an alloy steels up to 1050 MN/m². Not to be used with yellow metals.
VISCUT BX	As with Viscut B, but richer additive package make it suitable for the more difficult work.
VISCUT C	High level of EP additives makes this grade suitable for machining of high tensile steels, stainless steels and heat resistant alloys.
VISCUT CX	Suitable for the most difficult work on automated lathes.
VISCUT H	Low viscosity oil designed primarily for use in boring trepanning and counter boring operations. Its properties also make it suitable for other difficult machining operations such as high-speed hobbing, gear shaping and a wide variety of metal removal techniques.
VISCUT DX	High performance, anti-mist, deep hole drilling oil for the machining the harder and more difficult metals.
VISCUT A	A low viscosity oil of extremely high EP activity designed primarily for broaching, particularly the more difficult alloy steels.
VISCUT AX	Similar to Viscut A, with high level of additive for the most difficult operations where intricate tooling is involved.
VISTAP	EP additive concentrate for stainless steel machining and manual threading.
LUBRA VANTHUS	Mineral oil base, chlorine free, straight fluids designed to chip removal metal machining by cutting tools like turning, milling, reaming, tapping, threading, deep hole drilling, broaching, hobbing, sawing of non-ferrous alloys, carbon steels, steel alloys and stainless steels.

Water Soluble Cutting Oils

AQUASOL (HD)	Multi-purpose milky emulsion coolant used in the general machining processes e.g. drilling, milling, turning, boring, and cold sawing. HD version is to meet the extreme pressure requirements of tougher steels.
ALUSOL ACUSOL	Milky emulsion type coolant for aluminium and copper, containing inhibitors to prevent staining.
VISCOOL LG 7016	Multi-purpose opalescent lubri-coolant suitable for general machining and tapping and threading operation on free machining and though non-ferrous alloys, steels and alloy steels. Without biodegradation, excellent resistant to corrosion, very stable emulsion, long life semi-synthetic coolant.
VISCOOL LG 7050	Multi-purpose translucent lubri-coolant suitable for general machining and tapping and threading operation on free machining and though non-ferrous alloys, steels and alloy steels.
VISCOOL LG 9000	Fully synthetic, biostable grinding fluid with very high lubricity. Long-life service.
SYNCUT K2	General purpose coolant highly doped with selected biocides and fungucides. Green and transparent, suitable for all kind of metal working operations.
SYNCUT 162	Semi-synthetic coolant best used in heavy duty turning, milling, broaching operations on though non-ferrous alloys, steels and alloy steels.
SYNCUT 2100 (HD)	Semi-synthetic coolant with a wide range of application used in the machining of steel, aluminium, copper and cast iron.
SOLTEX 850 A, C	Semi-synthetic grinding fluid with biostatic, anti-corrosive properties and keeps grinding wheels clean because of high detergent power.
NF 1500 NF 1500 A	Fully transparent grinding fluid with no mineral oil content. Used in the grinding of steel and cast iron with improved removal of chips.
GR 1500	Inorganic based transparent grinding fluid of extremely good corrosion protection.
LUBRA SINOPA	Soluble oils and EP soluble oils designed for metal cutting operations.
LUBRA SINOPA 470	Sinopa 470 is used as a emulsion in water in press forming, deep drawing and punching on carbon steel and stainless steel The dilution ratio is between 7% and 20% depending on job severity.

SIGNAL SOLCA P	Soluble oil, synthetic, biostable, safe with perfect transparent solution. Suitable for re-facing, refining and sharpening operations.

Metal Shaping and Deforming Lubricants

LUBRA IMBAC 130 (ISO 100)	Imbac 130 is used in press forming, deep drawing and punching operations on carbon steel and stainless steel. The product is employed neat or sprayed on working area. Imbac 130 can easily removed with hot water and alkaline solutions.

LUBRA DEFORMING SK 833	Deforming SK 833 is used in heavy cold extrusion and drawing operations. Particularly suitable for steel bolts, screws, rivets, hinges, spark plugs productions.
LUBRA SFORMALCHI AT	Sformalchi AT is a water dilutable rust preventive compound suitable for blackening and bluing operation in blots, screws and nuts production. The normal percentage in water is from 3% up to 8%; the solution ought to termostated at 60-70°C.

Evanishing Oils

LUBRA EVOLUTION 109	Evolution 109 is a transparent, colourless and odourless evanishing fluid, suitable for aluminium fins drawing. LUBRA technical department suggest Evolution 109 to obtain collars with 0.6 to 2.5 mm height starting from 0.10 mm coils thickness, to obtain collars with 2.5 to 3.2 mm height starting from 0.12 mm coils thickness and collars with 4.2 to 6.2 mm height starting from 0.18 mm coils thickness. Evolution 109 is particularly suitable for wrinkle collars in a 3/8 triangular geometry, with 25 mm pitch and 21.65 mm range.
LUBRA EVOLUTION 141	Evolution 141 is a transparent, chlorine-free, colourless and odourless evanishing fluid, suitable for blanking, punching and drawing of magnetic sheet starting from coils thickness up to 3 mm. Evolution 141 is suitable for cold plastic deformation of aluminium, aluzinc and drawing steels (Fe PO3 - Fe PO4).
LUBRA EVOLUTION 150	Evolution 150 is a transparent, chlorine-free, colourless and odourless evanishing fluid, suitable for blanking or cold plastic deformation of sheet starting from coils thickness up to 3 mm. Evolution 150 is suitable for cold plastic deformation of aluminium, aluzinc and drawing steels (Fe PO3 - Fe PO4).

Special Chemicals

VISBAC	A bactericide package used with cooling emulsions to prevent the formation of microorganisms, fungi and yeasts.
PH MOD	Alkaline based products to adjust the pH of cooling solutions where pH has reached critical levels.
DEFOAMER	Defoaming agent to prevent foaming of cooling solutions.
SYSTEM DISINFECTANT	System cleaner disinfecting a coolant system against bacteria, fungi and yeast just before the replacement to new coolant.
LUBRA SOLCLEAN, BAT SUBLE, SOLPLUS	Cleaners, preservatives, biocides and anti-foam additives for water based cutting fluids.

Water Soluble Machining Fluids

PROMET MK	EP type coolant used in the machining of all sorts of metals and pipe manufacturing, outstanding rust protection.
OLEOSOL P	Macro emulsion milky type coolant, good rust protection. May also be used as a release agent.
VISCOOL 190	Fully synthetic, transparent coolant with high lubricity. May also be used as anti-corrosive for circulating water-cooling systems.
VITROL	Synthetic fluid used for grinding and shaping of mirrors, windows and glasses.
SYNTHOL 3M	Multi-purpose grinding fluid, highly anti-corrosive and resistant to bacterial attacks.
SYNTHOL EP500	Multi-purpose synthetic grinding fluid with EP properties.
